USB Driver Installation Help for UC100 Motion Controller

If you are having problems installing the USB drivers on Windows 10 or Windows 11 (usually receiving Error Code 39), it may be due to the older drivers being signed with SHA1, which is no longer supported.

To fix the problem, please follow the steps below to install the updated SHA256 signed drivers:

1. Download the updated USB drivers from the following link: Download UC100 USB Drivers (.zip)
2. Disconnect your computer from the internet to prevent Windows from automatically reinstalling the old drivers.
3. Open Device Manager in Windows.
4. Locate the UC100 device under the "Universal Serial Bus controllers" or "Other devices" section.
5. Right-click the device and select Uninstall device.
6. In the uninstall dialog, make sure to check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device", then click Uninstall.

7.Unplug the UC100 from the USB port of the computer, wait a few seconds and plug it in the USB port again and wait a few seconds.

8. Right-click on any device group in Windows Device Manager and select "Scan for hardware changes". When Windows finds the UC100 device again, choose "Browse my computer for drivers".
9. Browse to the folder where you extracted the downloaded USB driver package, and follow the prompts to install the driver.
10. The updated driver is SHA256 signed and will install correctly without needing to disable Core Isolation or other security features in Windows 10/11.
